About the Integration

The IM Pro Meta Ads integration is an internal, server-to-server business tool. It does not offer Facebook Login, does not register consumer users, and does not create public user profiles. It processes advertising account data only for Meta business assets that SIA IM Pro owns or has been authorized to manage.

How to Request Deletion

If you represent a business whose Meta advertising data is processed by SIA IM Pro, you can request deletion as follows:

1. Email hello@impro-media.com with the subject “Meta Ads Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the name of your business and the relevant Meta Ad Account ID or Business ID. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are authorized to make the request for that business asset.

We will acknowledge the request and respond within 30 days. Where the request is valid, we will delete data under our control or explain any information that must be retained for legal, contractual, security, or audit purposes. Data that has been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer be associated with a business or individual may be retained.

Data Held by Meta

This process covers data stored by SIA IM Pro. To manage or delete information held directly by Meta, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
